Helicopter Fire Fighting & Rescue Training aim to provide participants with the competencies to fight fires and perform rescues in helicopter related incidents.
Helicopter Fire Fighting & Rescue Objectives :
By the end of the two day course participants will be able to demonstrate a competence in the theory and practice of the following:
• Helicopter construction
• Refueling procedures (fire fighting requirement)
• Preplanning
• Rescue procedures
• Rescue equipment
• Protective equipment (SCBA/CLOTHING)
• Fire fighting procedures
COMPETENCY :
All participants shall demonstrate competency either practically or by a written and or oral assessment.
PRE REQUISITES :
Medical clearance
Basic Fire Fighting Training
METHOD OF TRAINING :
The course is conducted by PT. Sarana Gemilang Nusa Indo, which are very suitable for the theory and practical instruction of all participants and will include the provision of catering, visual teaching aids and writing materials.
EQUIPMENT :
The provision of protective clothing, fire fighting equipment and breathing apparatus is dependent on the consultation between the company and the training provider.

• Fire Ground
• Helicopter Mock up
• Appropriate Fire Extinguishers (Portable)
• Foam Dispenser Nozzles – Hose • Protective Clothing (Firemans Outfit)
• Crash Box
• First Aid Equipment / Stretcher
